We owe this one to company co-owner Mark. An avid whiskey fan, he wanted a cookie that emulated the smoky goodness of a great after-dinner drink. After experimenting with some traditional cookie ingredients that didn’t quite meet the dream, we decided to go with Mark’s favorite: Bushmills genuine Irish whiskey. Since that day, there’s been no turning back. Head baker Marisa also threw in a handful of Skor toffee chips to round out the spiked batter with a bit of chew. Now you too can enjoy what’s quickly become Mark’s favorite cookie.
