Our Linzer Torte Bars are a derivation of a classic Austrian jam-filled cookie that features walnuts and raspberries in a traditional, comforting treat. Finely ground, high quality walnuts, butter, flour and sugar create a foundation for a layer of raspberry preserves and a walnut crumble. We bake these bars in small batches until golden brown, and then cut them by hand to make sure each piece is ready to be enjoyed.
